Voxplane
I designed and built the operations layer for a multi-tenant voice platform: permissions, live calls, transcripts, sentiment, and handoff.
The voice engine could place calls, but the teams operating it did not have a dependable control plane.
The frontend needed clear boundaries between platform administrators, company administrators, and users. It also needed to show a live call, transcript, sentiment, and transfer controls without turning real-time work into a dashboard of unrelated widgets.

The decisions that made it work
Three scopes from day one
Super admin, company admin and user, modelled before any screen was drawn. Retrofitting tenancy is the kind of mistake you pay for every week afterwards.
Make the live call the main view
Streaming transcript, sentiment, and one click transfer. Voice operations is a real time job and the interface had to behave like one.
