I replaced a low-converting contact form with a five-step conversation that qualifies and routes enquiries to sales.
An IT consultancy depended on a five-field contact form placed at the end of a long services page.
The replacement needed to begin earlier, ask only relevant questions, route by intent, and hand sales a concise lead summary. It also had to remain fast on mobile connections where most enquiries began.

Qualify in the conversation
A five state machine that opens, asks what they are after, routes on intent, captures the detail and hands a summarised lead to sales. Readable enough that the client could change the copy themselves.
