I unified membership, checkout, inventory, and end-of-shift reconciliation for a 40-location retail group.
A 40-location retail group was using separate tools for membership, checkout, payments, and stock.
Store teams reconciled cash and card manually at the end of every day. Member pricing depended on staff memory, and head office could not see dependable stock by location. The frontend needed to make the counter fast while keeping the underlying ledger consistent.

The decisions that made it work
One transaction log
Cash and card write to the same ledger. Reconciliation stops being a merge and becomes a read.
Tiers priced at the till
Member tier resolves at the counter, so the discount is applied by the system rather than remembered by the staff member.
Inventory that is true right now
Live stock state per product per location, which is what turns a POS into something head office can actually plan against.
